Kids love these berry popsicles that are a lot cheaper than the store-bought popsicles. Recipe adapted from Bon Appetit (May, 1981). Prep time does not include freezing time (about 2-4 hours)

  1. Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into small paper cups (I use bathroom 3-oz size), add popsicle stick.
  3. Sometimes it's easier to add the stick after they freeze for a little while.
  4. Freeze until firm.

I made these with a combination of frozen raspberries & fresh strawberries in those special Tupperware popsicle makers and left in the freezer overnight. My grandchildren loved them. Not only economical, they are more nutritious than store bought. Thanx Ellie!
