This is good to dip fruits in.
- 8 ounces fresh strawberries or 8 ounces thawed frozen strawberries
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Place strawberries in food processor or blender container.
- Process until smooth.
- Beat cream cheese in small bowl until smooth.
- stir in sour cream, sugar, and strawberries that have been blended.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
