- 1Combine berries, 3/4 cup sugar, and water in a microwave-safe casserole. Cook for 5 minutes in the microwave.
- 2Quickly mix together dumpling ingredients (flour through oil). Drop by spoonfuls over the berry mixture.
- 3Cook, covered, in the microwave for 5 minutes until the dumplings are fluffy and done.
