- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen strawberries, thawed
- 1 (15 ounce) can cream of coconut
- 3 cups chilled pineapple juice
- 3 cups chilled club soda
- Process strawberries and cream of coconut in a blender until smooth.
- Pour in to a pitcher.
- Stir in pineapple juice and club soda.
- Serve over crushed ice.
Fantastic non alcoholic strawberry colada, so fruity! Light rum is easy to slip in, if alcoholic concoction preferred.
