From the July '13 issue of Good Housekeeping. Sounds really yummy. Instead of the sugar, I would add a tiny bit of stevia. Cooking time is refrigeration time.
- 750 ml dry rose wine
- 8 ounces strawberries, sliced
- 1 medium orange, cut into quarters and sliced
- 6 ounces mixed berries
- 1 lime, sliced
- 1⁄4 cup orange liqueur
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- seltzer water
- Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and refrigerate 2-6 hours.
- Pour into glasses and to with seltzer.
