I made this as written (using frozen rasberries) and found it very hard to palate. Just too bitter for me. I added 2.5 tbsp. of sweetner (splenda) and it got better. Still not my favourite, it would be rated more like a 4 with sweetner. Thick and rich tasting, but something about the taste was just a tad "off".
