There is a lot of protein and calcium in this delicious low fat version of my favorite dessert.


  1. Process all ingredients in your blender until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Drink slowly and enjoy.

I made this as written (using frozen rasberries) and found it very hard to palate. Just too bitter for me. I added 2.5 tbsp. of sweetner (splenda) and it got better. Still not my favourite, it would be rated more like a 4 with sweetner. Thick and rich tasting, but something about the taste was just a tad "off".
