I have not tried this recipe. I got it from Everyday Health.
- 2 ounces fat free cream cheese
- 1⁄4 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon orange peel
- 2 teaspoons orange juice
- 1 1⁄2 cups raspberries
- 2 gingersnap cookies
- In a medium mixing bowl combine cream cheese, ricotta cheese, sugar, orange peel, and orange juice. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.
- To serve, spoon the fruit into dessert dishes. Top with the cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with the broken cookies.
