This was delightfully different, and we licked every last drop. It was very easy. The ingredients tasted great together. This recipe made 2 3/4 cups in my Vitamix. I don't have a lot of experience with palate cleansers, but this would reverse a heavy savory taste. I think the whipping cream and liqueurs are better suited to a dessert. How about small chocolate cups with this mix topped with a fresh strawberry or a few blueberries? Bakers, I bet you could turn this into a killer frosting for an angel food cake, with chopped glazed pecans sprinkled on top; the nip would be a great surprise. With 3 ounces adding up to 200 calories, portion control is important. Thanks for entering this in RSC #11; this was indeed a Hidden Gem.
