I really liked the addition of pecans! Used lowfat vanilla yogurt (non-frozen version) with great results and left out the honey since it was sweet enough for me as is. Made for Aus/NZ Recipe Swap #20.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 177.44 ml minute maid premium orange juice
  • 1 medium peach, cubed
  • 118.29 ml blueberries
  • 2 scoop non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 14.79 ml crushed pecans
  • 14.79 ml honey
  • 1.23 ml vanilla
  • 236.59 ml crushed ice


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour smoothie into a large glass and garnish if desired.
