Berry Blast Energy Smoothie

I love having this as a snack, dessert, or even for breakfast. I have at least ONE a day. It gets me energized and ready for the day. I use one Scoop of ground flaxseed that I purchased from and a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream Flavored Whey Protein. These two ingredients are optional.

Great combination of flavors for a smoothie! I used a sliced, frozen banana that I stored awhile ago- that's a great trick if you don't want to lose that brown banana to the trash. I eyeballed the amount of milk and used one carton of light vanilla activia yogurt. Thanks for the delicious afternoon snack!


  1. Toss everything into blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and enjoy.
  3. If it's too thick add more milk until you reach a desired consistency.
