This is equally good for breakfast or for a evening snack when everyone else is having ice cream. This counts as one dairy serving, plus two fruits.
- 1⁄2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 large banana, frozen
- 1 cup mixed berry, frozen
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon Splenda granular, artificial sweetener
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Add all ingredients to blender and puree. Make sure the ice cubes get chopped up well.
- Serve immediately, or freeze for later.
