I have been creating a line of smoothies that my kids love and would prefer over something sugary. Can use any kind of berries.
- 1 (7 ounce) container low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄2 banana
- 1⁄2 cup berries, rinsed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 cup ice
- Place everything into a blender.
- Blend 2 minutes or until well blended and smooth.
