This recipe comes from the 2003 cookbook, Slim Smoothies.
- 1⁄2 cup 2% milk
- 1⁄2 cup cranberry juice
- 1 cup strawberry, diced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 large banana, frozen
- 1⁄2 cup fat-free blueberry yogurt
- Place ingredients in blender & mix until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses & enjoy!
Thick and oh so yummy. I made this after getting home this afternoon and it was just the thing. It sure doesn't take long to whizz one up and it's worth every berry that you put into it. Dee-licious.

Nice, thick and yummy smoothie. I did sub frozen blackberries for the strawberries, but otherwise made it as written. This is antioxidant heaven, here!!! I know I can always count on you, buddy, for great smoothie recipes! Made for Veg*n Swap July 2010.
