      Thick and oh so yummy. I made this after getting home this afternoon and it was just the thing. It sure doesn't take long to whizz one up and it's worth every berry that you put into it. Dee-licious.

      A FABULOUS and BERRY beautiful smoothie Syd! I used strawberries, banana and bluberries and a local strawberry yoghurt. SO easy and SO fruity! Made for VIP chef of the month, YOU in the Veg'N'Swap June 2010! Merci encore! FT:-) (Photos to be posted)

      Nice, thick and yummy smoothie. I did sub frozen blackberries for the strawberries, but otherwise made it as written. This is antioxidant heaven, here!!! I know I can always count on you, buddy, for great smoothie recipes! Made for Veg*n Swap July 2010.
