This is simple, sort of low in calories and tastes very good. I found this on another site but I can't remember which one.
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 cups fresh blueberries, picked over
- 1 cup strawberry, hulled and halved
- Process cottage cheese, vanilla and honey in a food processor or blender 1-2 minutes or until very smooth.
- Serve sauce over berries and enjoy!
