ingredients
- 20 g oats
- 20 g pecan nuts (or almonds, walnuts etc)
- 125 ml berries, sliced (strawberries, blueberries, mulberries, raspberries etc)
- 125 ml yogurt (plain, Greek or Bulgarian)
- 15 ml honey
directions
- Toast oats and pecans on a medium heat till oats are lightly browned.
- Mash half the berries into the yogurt with the the honey, mix well. Add rest of berries and warm oat/nut mixture. Enjoy.

I'm a scientist working for a large petrochemical company in SA. I'm a devoted Hindu (particularly Krsna conscious) and vegetarian. Into all things Indian (yoga, bhajans, food, music etc).
