Yummy! I made Quick Lemon Curd and forgot to buy the whipped cream but it didn't need it! Thanks for an easy dessert! Made for ZWT 8

Delicious! This super quick and easy dessert was full of the flavors that say "summer". I used Quick Lemon Curd #274524, fresh blueberries, fresh raspberries, and fat-free cool whip. This was the perfect light dessert after a big barbeque. Thank you for sharing this wonderfu recipe...it is definitely a keeper!! *Made for ZWT6 Xtra Hot Dishes*

So good we made these twice in a row this weekend! Great use of fresh berries from our garden. Warming the lemon curd is a great idea as it makes it look a bit nicer than straight out of the jar. Made for ZWT6,

Well, this couldn't have been easier - nor more delicious! I have been eyeing those individual spongecake bases for years but never purchased them. Glad I did. With lemon curd I'd made yesterday, these pretty little cakes were off our plates and into our tummies too quickly. Thanks for a great recipe.

What a perfect little dessert on this warm spring evening! Super easy to whip together too. I used Easy Lemon Curd and when I decided to make this today I knew I had a can of whipped cream in the fridge. I never buy it myself, but DS bought it for ice cream sundaes a few days ago, and this would be a perfect way to use it up. Within hours I heard the spray sputtering & DH complain that he didn't have enough for his cheesecake. So, no whipped cream, but I guess it saved us some calories. :D Thanks for posting, JB! Made & enjoyed for ZWT-6 Team Xtra Hot Dishes! :)

I'd give this 10 stars if I could! It could not be easier, more tasty or prettier. I am on my second one as I type this and am eyeing the sponge cake package with 4 pieces left. No, I will not have a third lol. I used and can recommend Quick Lemon Curd for the lemon curd. The strawberries are perfection right now and it came together in minutes. I did not use a canister whipping cream because I find them too sweet. It would likely have been even prettier had I piped the cream on but I was very happy with the results using the 'dollop' method. This baby is going to be made many, many times! Thanks so much for posting. Made on behalf of the Looney Spoon Phoodies - ZWT6
