This is adapted from a cocktail I had at Crown Casino in Melbourne. I tried to re-create it at home & think I made it even better than they did. Hope you enjoy!
- 6 large strawberries, hulled
- 30 ml white Creme de Cacao
- 30 ml chocolate liqueur or 30 ml chocolate schnapps
- 30 ml Malibu rum
- 15 ml strawberry liqueur or 15 ml strawberry schnapps
- 60 ml cream
- chocolate syrup, optional to line glass (optional)
- strawberry syrup, optional to line glass (optional)
- Line martini glass with syrups if using.
- Place remaining ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth.
