This is an easy to prepare yet elegant dish that can just as easily be served for breakfast as well as dessert.
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
- 2 small cantaloupes
- 2 cups raspberries
- Combine first 3 ingredients, mix until well blended. Cover and refrigerate.
- Cut cantaloupe in half, remove seeds, cover and refrigerate.
- When ready to serve, place cantaloupe halves in individual bowls, then fill the center of the cantaloupes with raspberries.
- Drizzle with dressing.
