This is a copycat of a Benihana recipe.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 58 cup miso
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 12 onion, grated
  • 12 apple, grated
  • 1 12 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, grated
  • 2 teaspoons tahini paste

Directions

  1. Put miso paste in a bowl. Add sugar and mix well.
  2. Add the other ingredients in to the bowl and stir well.
  3. Using a blender, puree ingredients.
