- 473.18 ml bell peppers, diced, mixed colors
- 236.59 ml cauliflower, chopped
- 118.29 ml red onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 78.07 ml tahini, dressing (Tahini Dressing)
- 29.58 ml italian seasoning
- Toss all ingredients together and serve. Enjoy!
This was a nice refreshing salad much enjoyed with the tahini dressing. I halved the recipe and ate it in one sitting. Thanks!
