This is great to add to hamburgers or just serve on a plate next to any meat. Old time favourites from All about Pickling Book.

Directions

  1. Remove seeds and cores and chop all peppers finely.
  2. Peel onions and chop finely
  3. Cover with boiling water and let stand for 5 minutes.
  4. Drain and add the vinegar, sugar and salt.
  5. Pour into hot jars and seal.
  6. Process 5 minutes.
