This takes some time... but it is DELICIOUS! Everyone will love it including the kids. : ) Serve with Rice and steamed veggies for a complete meal.

  1. Rub garlic powder on chicken pieces and let stand a while.
  2. Shake garlic rubbed chicken pieces in a bag with cornstarch.
  3. Dip chicken pieces in egg and brown in oil in small batches.
  4. Mix sauce ingredients together and heat on stovetop.
  5. Put chicken in a 9x13 and 8x8 pan.
  6. Bake at 350 one hour. Turn while baking.
  7. Serve with Rice and vegetables.
