Beginners Tuna Casserole

"You can add veggies if you want... it's a great base casserole. It's easy for kids and new cooks to make. I prefer to add some ground red pepper and fresh black pepper to it."

  • 8 ounces wide egg noodles
  • 10 12 ounces cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 ounces tuna, drained
  • 2 cups potato chips, crushed

directions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Mix all but potato chips together and put in 2 quart casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle potato chips on the top.
  • Bake for 1 hour.

I grew up in the Midwest and from a Swedish family, so I love food. My grandmother doesn't normally measure when she cooks and I kind of picked that up from her. Most of my dishes can't be repeated due to this. I love experimenting!!
