  1. Chop vegetables into even sized pieces and mix together.
  2. Sprinkle with vinegar, lemon juice and sesame oil.
  3. Add salt and toss.

Made & reviewed for ZWT 4 _ Kumquat's Kookin' Kaboodles! DH loves anything with beetroot in, especially salads so I knew I was onto a winner with this! It is actually similar to an Algerian sald we have so we were all very much at home with this! Quick & simple to make & super tasty too! Thanks Julie for another excellent recipe! :)
