- 59.14 ml pickled beet, chopped
- 29.58 ml red onions, chopped
- 0-1 inch gingerroot (I use 1/4 inch)
- 1-2 clove garlic
- 118.29 ml sherry wine vinegar
- 22.18 ml Dijon mustard
- 236.59 ml olive oil
- 44.37 ml honey
- 1 naval orange, juice of
directions
- Mix ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Serve over your favourite salades or as a sauce/ dip for filled lettuce wraps.
