I KNEW I would like beet greens if I finally took the time to make them. I just didn't know how much. I ate the entire pan on my own for dinner and it was fab. I used 3 slices of bacon and next time I'll use a half onion. Thanks!

Very good recipe. We don't eat cooked greens often but with this we will have to start doing so. I mixed in some spinach to make up the quantity of greens. It was really enjoyable. Thank you,

Why have I never cooked the beet greens by themselves before? I have always combined them with other greens. This is a super fast and easy recipe. It is quite tasty even with the omission of the bacon bits. This was served along with Hoecakes and Southern Fried Okra. Thank you for posting this recipe.
