A Polish condiment served at Easter with ham/kielbasa. Make this 2 days before serving to allow flavors to blend.
- Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor and coarsely chop.
- Refrigerate for 2 days before serving.
This was fantastic, just like my Baba use to make. By the way, I have been to Zion National Park. Mere words cannot discribe the beauty of the Park.
My background is Ukrainian and we ate this every Easter morning with our eggs and ham. Excellent taste.
