My darling daughter created this recipe for a snowy football watching Sunday afternoon. Go Steelers!
- 2 Hass avocadoes
- 1 lemon, juice of, only
- 3⁄8 cup mayonnaise
- 1 jalapeno, diced (seeds and membranes removed)
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- Scoop and mash avocados. Add lemon juice and mayo and combine. Add chopped veggies and combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with favorite brand of tortilla chips or fresh veggies. Enjoy!
