  1. I made these with Bisquick Heart Healthy and 6 oz of beer (from another recipe). Even with the extra beer, they came out a little dry. I wonder if adding a couple T of melted butter would help. We tried them with garlic butter and regular and felt the garlic overwhelmed the beer taste. I divided them up between 12 tins and they came out a little small, so I would try 6 or 9 next time. At the 12 tins, I baked for 16 minutes. Any more and they would have been overdone. Everyone liked them, which is a plus here! And so quick to make.

  2. Great beer muffins! It doesn't get much easier than this and I love the fact that you can add cheese and/or garlic for variety. A real keeper for sure, Deb K.

  3. These were very good and easy. Great recipe for after work. Next time I will add shredded cheese and some green onions and Parmesan.

I live in Michigan but lived in NC most of my life. I am a comfort cook and my husband is a gourmet cook, so I cook during the week and then we have fabulous food during the weekend. Of course, most of our friends come over during the weekends. We love to go out to eat and then copy the food when we come home.
