This recipe is essentially a standard chocolate ganache, but with reduced a rich Belgian Quadruple used in place of heavy cream.

  1. In a heavy saucepan, bring beer and butter to a simmer, stirring until evenly combined.
  2. Pour mixture over chocolate and stir continuously until chocolate melts and is integrated.
