- 2 1⁄2 cups biscuit and baking mix
- 1⁄2 cup cornmeal
- 3⁄4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1⁄4 cup chopped green onion
- 2 teaspoons dried mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 (12 ounce) beer
- Combine dry ingredients; stir in beer just until moistened.
- Fill muffin cups that have been coated with cooking spray about 2/3 full of batter. Bake at 375 for about 25 minutes.
