- 226.79 g sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 226.79 g colby-monterey jack cheese, grated
- 141.74 g swiss cheese, grated
- 177.44 ml beer
- 4.92 ml hot sauce
- 1 loaf French bread, cut into cubes
directions
- Pour beer into fondue pot, bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low.
- Add cheese, stir constantly until cheese is melted.
- Stir in hot sauce.
- Use skewers for dipping bread cubes into fondue.
