I got this in my e-mail this morning. It is popular in Scotland. I haven't tried it yet but I think it would be good to serve at a holiday party.

I found a recipe almost identical to this one a few years ago and lost the card I had it written on. This is one of my favorite recipes!

  1. Whisk together the garlic, beer, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, mustard, and salt and pepper. Add cheese one cup at a time and beat until smooth. Pack into a 2-cup bowl or crock, cover with plastic wrap and chill for 24 hours. Serve with crackers.
