My husband and I loved it. The only thing is that I did not put enough salt and pepper, I say more then just 1 dash could be better. It was a litter hard to cook because of the beer. But I will be making this again.

Wow, the smell was phenomonal--total summery beer garden nostalgia! And the taste was great too, we've already amde these twice, they are so good. They are really tender and juicy too.

This recipe sounded SO good that I doubled it. I made these exactly to the recipe, except for adding 6 cloves of minced garlic. My burgers were obviously slightly smaller: with the doubled ingredients, I had 20 burgers. They smelt superb while they were cooking, and were so moist and flavoursome! There were rave responses from all those who sampled them. Although I'm NOT a beer drinker, it looks as if beer will be on my shoppping list from time to time! Certainly when the burgers in the freezer have all been eaten! Melody, thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe!

Made for Zaar Tag. I mixed everything together and formed the patties before I went to work. They sat marinating all day in the fridge and I cooked them when I got home on my indoor grill. Melody - these are SO good! I think this is the BEST burger recipe I've ever made at home. Its quick, only has a few ingredients, it smelled so good while it was cooking, and tastes GREAT! Thank YOU!
