  • Beat beer, flour and sugar til smooth.
  • The batter will be the consistancy of cake batter.
  • Bake in a WELL GREASED AND FLOURED pan at 325* for 40 minutes.
  • Pour the 1/4 cup of butter over the loaf and bake for 20 minutes more.
  • Do not microwave the beer to warm it from the fridge.
  • It kills the yeast.
