Really good beer bread recipe. Also does well in muffin cups for a change of pace. Remember to pour butter ovr the top and cook for 10 more minutes, made the mistake once to put it all together first then cook- oops.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix flour, sugar, and beer well.
- Pour into greased loaf pan, casserole dish or muffin tin.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Pour butter over top and cook 10 minutes more until brown.
- Best when eaten while it's warm.
