ingredients
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 (12 ounce) can beer (room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon salt
directions
- Combine dry ingredients in bowl.
- Add beer.
- If desired, can add different herbs (I like italian blend), diced jalapenos, shredded cheese, or even cinnamon and sugar.
- Bake 50-60 minutes (may be longer depending on oven).
