My mom used to make bread from this exact recipe (only thing different was 3T of flour instead of 2, and at 350 degrees). This is a very good tasting quick bread, it pairs well with soups and stews. It bakes up very crumbly, almost the texture of a drop biscuit. It tastes good even with cheap beer!

  1. Add all of the dry ingredients.
  2. Add beer and mix until all the flour is in the dough.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
