    Directions:

      Pierce brats with a knife.

      Place brats in a sauce pan.

      Add beer.

      Bring to a boil.

      Lower heat to a simmer.

      Simmer 15 minutes uncovered.

      Heat up grill.

      Thinly slice onion seperate into rings.

      Place onion rings on a large sheet of foil.

      Drizzle with olive oil.

      Sprinkle with salt,pepper & adobo.

      Fold foil & seal.

      Place on grill 10-15 minutes or until tender.

      Drain brats.

      Grill about 10 minutes, or until nicely browned, turning at least once.

      Place brats in rolls top with onions.

      Garnish as desired.
