      This was one of our favorite recipes at last nights german fest. We used only 1 onion and added a green pepper we needed to use up. We didin't have hoagie rolls so we had this with pumpernickel bread and sweet hot mustard. Made for ZWT6 for the Voracious Vagabonds

      Oh Dana, these were very good, first I must say sorry, for the awful picture, it's not too tidy looking and I hope it won't put anyone off making these as they were very yummy. I couldn't get sweet mustard so I made some from here on zaar. Sweet & Hot Mustard#35677 and I used Newcastle brown ale. I couldn't stop laughing when DH saw me put it in the brats, his face was a picture, he likes his beer. ha, ha, ha. Altogether a very yummy recipe that we enjoyed very much.
