Very good! These were a bit of effort, but they were more than worth it! Like Ed said, if you can keep 'em together until you get 'em in the oil, you've got it made! I had a little extra of the fish left, and had just used my last potatoe ,so I cored out a few fresh jalapenos,stuffed them with the fish,ran them through the batter and fried them up.They were great too. The fish was just too good not to do something with the rest!
