Dip fresh shrimp, mushrooms or veggies.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Dip fresh shrimp, mushrooms or veggies.
- Put on flat pan and chill for one hour.
- Deep fry.
Just a hint: Lightly dredge in flour before dipping in batter for better adhesion.
This was pretty easy -- I fried 2 lbs of medium shrimp, then used it for green pepper rings and onion rings until the batter was gone. Fed a ravenous group of 5!
By going by the recipe like this it's kinda trial and error at first because you don't know exactly how someone else does it but it works well and I ended up frying 30 to 40 shrimp.
