  • In medium saucepan, cook ground beef over medium-high heat, 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked well, drain.
  • Reduce heat to medium.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients, except shredded cheese and tortilla chips.
  • Cook 8-12 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.
  • Top individual servings with shredded cheese and tortilla chips.

  2. With no adjustments in this we loved it, except for my kids did not have the can of tomatoes and diced chilies, so I guess I adjusted it somewhat. But, a delicious soup, rice was our side dish, and recipe#318008#318008 was our main dish. A wonderful dinner.
     
  3. This is a nice, easy very good soup. As written it might be a little plain, but with Lainey's suggestions I added a can of pinto beans and we topped it with pico de gallo, our cream and shredded cheese. Very good!
