Yum! These were super easy and super good! My son commented that he couldn't believe I'd made them, by hand; they seem too complicated. However, they couldn't have been easier. I used the wonton wrappers I had in the freezer, which were square-ish. I thought they were easier to handle, round, so I used my Pampered Chef biscuit cutter/crimper to cut them into rounds, and crimp them closed. (Next time, I'll buy the round wrappers) I steamed them, bicycle spoke fashion, in my rice cooker/veggie steamer, for 10 minutes. They came out perfect, with the best flavor, too! Thanks!
