Had this last week at Daniel's Broiler. Very simple with amazing presentation and flavor.
Directions See How It's Made
- Peel onions.
- Slice tomatoes thick, just over 1/2 inch slices.
- Slice onions thick, but thinner than tomatoes, just over 1/4 inch slices.
- Lay out onions and tomatoes, alternating, on a platter.
- This should fill two platters.
- Pour dressing over the length of the vegetables.
