This is a very easy dish to prepare, suitable for weeknight cooking. The sake and white wine makes this dish special. I used thinly sliced sukiyaki beef which I bought from an Asian market.

This recipe is delicious and easy to make. I always ordered yakiniku at restaurants. Now that I live in Kauai, I can't find a place that serves it. This recipe taste just like the restaurant's version. Thank you!
