Excellent! The flavors went very well together. I used reduced-sodium soy sauce and omitted the salt, and it was still plenty salty enough for our tastes. I did make one mistake--I bought baby bok choy out of habit, and so there wasn't nearly enough greens--but what greens we had were wonderful with the dressing and beef. I made this with Lychee Lime Sparkler served beforehand, Spicy Thai Noodles on the side, and Iced Coffee along with dinner. It was a fabulous entree for a fabulous pan-Asian meal. Thanks so much for posting, Lorrie! Made for Holiday Tag Game.
