Ingredients Nutrition

  1. On a very hot griddle pan, cook your seasoned piece of sirloin steak until medium or to your liking.
  2. Place in a plate and allow to rest for 2 minutes.
  3. Now cook your greens in salted boiling water until tender.
  4. While hot, douse with a good couple of tablespoons of soy sauce, and sprinkle with the garlic, ginger, chilli, lime juice and olive oil.
  5. When the greens are cooked, simply divide onto two plates, thinly slice up the sirloin steaks, place on top of the greens and drizzle with any of the infused sauce left on the resting plate.

Excellent! The flavors went very well together. I used reduced-sodium soy sauce and omitted the salt, and it was still plenty salty enough for our tastes. I did make one mistake--I bought baby bok choy out of habit, and so there wasn't nearly enough greens--but what greens we had were wonderful with the dressing and beef. I made this with Recipe #342901 served beforehand, Recipe #340293 on the side, and Recipe #113064 along with dinner. It was a fabulous entree for a fabulous pan-Asian meal. Thanks so much for posting, Lorrie! Made for Holiday Tag Game.
