Beef with Green Peppers

Very tasty, and the kitchen smelled lovely while it was cooking. I added an onion which I cooked at the same time as the peppers and the result was very pleasing. Thanks for sharing.

  1. Dredge beef with cornstarch, sherry, 1 Tbsp soy sauce and ginger.
  2. Heat
  3. oil and saute beef strips.
  4. When beef changes color, remove to a plate and in remaining oil saute bell peppers for 1 minute; add salt. Combine beef, peppers, 1 Tbsp soy sauce & sugar.
  5. Heat well.
  6. Serve on rice. MRS R.W.
