This turned out beautify and taste wonderful when served either alone for low carb diets (me) or over noodles (and DH). Quick easy and something we will happily enjoy again. Thanks for the post.

We really enjoyed this for our dinner served over rice. At the recommendation of other reviewers, I doubled the gravy. A bit of crushed red pepper would add a nice kick. Thanks for sharing.

I thought this was terrific, it has a nice flavor and the beefy flavor shines. It's an easy meal after all of the chopping & mixing too. I quartered a container of cherry tomatoes and could have used less. Next time I will double the gravy ingredients as we like having enough sauce for rice. Thank you for sharing the recipe!

This is a great pepper steak recipe. The only change I made was to use red and orange bell peppers as DH is not fond of green peppers. DH had several helpings so I know he really enjoyed it. Served this dish with rice and it really didn't need anything else -- a complete meal in itself. The only change I would make next time is to double the gravy. Will definitely make this dish again! Made this the other night for DH because he was wanting Beef Tomato...it is now in my Favorites of 2011. He already is requesting this again. I used fresh tomatoes, 2 green onions plus a red onion and added 2 cloves of minced garlic and a few red pepper flakes. Heavennnnnnn! Thank you for a quick, easy and delicious meal.

GREAT TASTING RECIPE!! Other than using canned tomatoes, maade as posted. Marinade was super !!, and this was a fantastic meal. Thanks for posting. Made for PRMR..

Awesome! I didn't have fresh tomatoes so I used canned and it was still great! The ketchup adds a touch of sweetness that works really well with the tomatoes. I've made this recipe a couple of times and it's a never-fail recipe. Thanks for sharing it!

We had peppers that needed to be used up. Most of the other items we hand on hand, so you saved us a trip to the grocery store. We served this over brown rice. Loved the fact that the beef didn't need to marinate for hours or over night. Thanks for dinner!
